Simon Collins’ 3rd album, U-CATASTROPHE, out in August will include an instrumental featuring both dad & son on a track titled, ‘The Big Bang’, as previously reported here.
Hackett also makes a guest appearance on a track called, ‘Fast Forward The Future’.
Produced by Kevin Churko, U-CATASTROPHE will be Simon’s first official US release.

Genesis’ longtime home, "The Farm" is the main focus of a new video clip recently uploaded to the band’s official website.
Producer Nick Davis plays host as we are given a virtual tour of the studio and the people who maintain the day-to-day running of The Farm facilities.

It appears there has been some contractual problems with Walmart having the exclusive rights to the US release of When In Rome, as lots of fans are reporting that they are not able to find the DVD in their local Walmart outlets (particularly in the North East). Add to that, it is no longer available to buy on the store’s website.
Genesis Management are currently looking into this.
Despite this, When In Rome still managed to enter Billboard’s Music Video chart in the number 2 slot.

At the 2008 Mojo Honours List in London on June 16th, the Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Banks, Collins & Rutherford by British Comedian Al Murray.

Details have been finalized for a fanclub meeting happening in London on May 24th.
